“犀利收碗哥”走紅貧寒大學生演繹自強人生 - 補習

　　“每秒出手三次，每天中午兩小時收近2萬個碗盤”。近日，一段福建農林大學學生陳文原在學校餐廳勤工助學“收拾餐具”的視頻在網絡上迅速走紅，視頻中瘦小的陳文原分門別類收拾餐具的速度之快令人驚嘆，被網友們戲稱為“犀利收碗哥”“無影手”“當代賣油翁”。　　香港補習城近日找到了陳文原，家庭貧困的他讀書之余靠勤工儉學養活自己，他“自立自強不自卑，小事認真做，平凡也能有精彩”的人生觀更是深深感染了身邊的每一個人。

　　“犀利收碗哥”：

　　平凡事，他用激情認真做

　　“一位年輕的學生站在學校食堂的餐具回放處窗口前，以不可思議的速度將同學們用過的餐具分門別類擺放在一起，餐盤放一疊，碟子放一籃，碗放一籃，筷子和湯匙放一籃，動作快得讓人眼花繚亂……”

　　這段39秒的手機偷拍視頻“犀利收碗哥”原原本本地記錄了福建農林大學食品科學與工程專業大三學生陳文原在學校餐廳勤工助學崗位上“收拾餐具”的真實場景。農林大學的網友說：“要怎么形容他收碗的速度呢？每次我們拍照片的時候，他的手總是重影的。”

　　陳文原因收碗“快”一夜走紅，許多網友稱贊說，簡單事容易做，但做到極致卻不容易，從“犀利收碗哥”的身上可以看到一個當代大學生最需要的品質：平凡事也要滿懷激情認真做。農大學生“林恩文”微博上發帖：“收碗哥”迅速走紅了，我看到了現場版的“收碗哥”，實在佩服他“無影手”的速度，他把看似卑微的事情做好，每次看他收碗時的微笑，可以看出他的敬業與自信。大學的日子就是這樣，要腳踏實地、認認真真做好每一件事，培養自立自強的精神。

　　上學三年沒向家里要過錢

　　勤工儉學掙學費，補助讓給同學

　　餐廳管理員說，這個餐廳是學校最大的一個，每天有四五千學生在此用餐。陳文原是去年9月起做收碗工的，只要沒有課程影響，他每天都會站在這個窗口負責回收餐具。

　　陳文原說，我沒法不快，每個學生至少有一個餐盤，3到6個碗盤，還有一些筷子和勺子，每次要在兩小時左右收拾近2萬個餐具。在人流高峰期動作稍慢餐具就會堆積如山。速度最快時，我一分鐘要收一百幾十個餐具，但“無影手”練出來非一朝一夕。

　　他說，父親在家鄉泉州永春縣仙甲鎮開摩的，母親做一些采茶等零工，哥哥在一家鞋廠打工收入也不高。上大學后，他不想給家里添負擔。靠著國家的助學貸款和勤工儉學，入學三年來他沒有向家里伸手要過錢。

　　如今，陳文原在福建農林大學打兩份工，一份是做宿舍的保潔，一份是在食堂做收碗工。陳文原說，“再加上假期做一些家教、促銷員等工作，靠著這些錢來還自己的助學貸款。”

　　陳文原的班主任劉斌說，作為一名貧困生，學校本來每個月補助陳文原250元生活費，今年起他卻把這個名額讓給了同學，現在完全依靠勤工儉學支撐學業。

“五道杠”少年黃藝博：有點委屈但不怨恨任何人 - 補習

　　昨日，武漢市召開第六次少代會，由于已是初中生，黃藝博的武漢市少先隊副總隊長的職務將自然卸免，他將告別“五道杠”的少先隊袖章。

　　5月初，13歲的湖北華一寄宿學校初一學生黃藝博，因為幾張佩戴“五道杠”袖章的照片、一篇博客文章及作文，以及部分媒體對其“兩三歲看《新聞聯播》，7歲堅持每天讀《人民日報》、《參考消息》”的描述，被網友貼上了“官樣”、“官腔”等標簽，遭遇了一些指責。

　　5月30日，黃藝博在經歷這一事件后首度直面媒體，接受了本報香港補習城的獨家專訪。

　　“十二三歲的我，與周總理小時候一樣有‘為中華之崛起而讀書’的理想。一些人誤解我，是因為不了解我，這很正常。”——黃藝博

　　“有一點委屈，但挫折也是動力”

　　撓腦袋、呵呵笑、看到陌生老師進來時會緊張……在與香港補習城兩個半小時的交流中，黃藝博陽光開朗，呈現出來的就是一個13歲的孩子的自然狀態，只是講話較同齡人更有邏輯、表達更流暢。

　　時間倒回至5月2日。當天中午，黃藝博打開電腦，登錄QQ，看看有沒有朋友留言。“消息欄突然蹦出許多要加我為好友的信息，大概有幾百條，看都看不過來。”黃藝博回憶說，“有的信息備注為‘黃總，終于找到你了’，讓我很驚訝。”

　　接下來的一周，網上關于黃藝博的消息鋪天蓋地。不過，他覺得自己當時的心態還比較正常。“我也看到了網絡上很多人PS我的照片，有的還很有趣呢。”黃藝博說，只是因為此事，父母很難過，他還常安慰父母。

　　“我有一點委屈，但不怨恨任何人。”談到這里，黃藝博很平靜，“我很喜歡老子的‘上善若水’那句話。怨恨別人，反而會讓自己的心情變糟。‘天將降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志’，歷史上的鐵木真，遭遇的苦難才算多。跟他比起來，我這算不了什么。挫折也是動力。”

　　“我大多數時候就跟其他同學一樣”

　　“我小時候也看童話書、科普書、動畫片啊。”黃藝博不明白，一些人為何斷章取義，“剛開始看《新聞聯播》，我是跟著父母的愛好一起看，還有央視、鳳凰衛視的好多節目也看呀。我識字后，父母就給我看報紙，《人民日報》、《參考消息》只是其中的部分報紙。”

　　至于那幾張被議論為“派頭像領導”的照片，黃藝博解釋：“做不同的事情時，人的狀態和行為也是不一樣的。難道學生干部在開會時不該端正嚴肅嗎？我照相時習慣那樣，但我也有開懷大笑的時候啊。大多數時候就跟其他同學一樣。”

　　有人質疑那些帶有“官腔”的博文和作文，是其父親代筆，黃藝博為父親叫屈，“那是我自己寫的，父母幫忙作了修改。”他說，自己以前讀史時看到“為天地立心，為生民立命，為往圣繼絕學，為萬世開太平”這幾句話就很喜歡，就放到了博客里。那篇詩歌《我是大自然最偉大的奇跡》，他也作了說明，“‘我是世界，是宇宙，是大自然的最偉大奇跡！因為我舉世無雙，因為我獨一無二，因為我是最棒的，因為我是天下的王者……’的確是我寫的。這里面的‘我’其實是指‘我們大家’，每個人都是獨一無二、有個性的。我想通過這首詩表達我是個自信的男孩，并不是想說‘我是王者’。”

　　“還有人說我一去做好人好事就有報道，是作秀。”說起這些，黃藝博有點著急：“最開始去看望孤寡老人，是因為父親教育我要愛周圍的人。那時我才上二年級，可關于我做這類事情的報道，大概是到了四年級才有的，并非為了要上報紙才去做好事。今后，我還會堅持做善事。”

　　“小孩一定要天真、蹦蹦跳跳才算正常嗎？”

　　“十二三歲的我，與周總理小時候一樣有‘為中華之崛起而讀書’的理想，有什么不對？”黃藝博說，他很想呼吁“我們這代人”都努力，使祖國變得更強大，“我的理想常隨著閱讀的書中的人物而改變。小時候我很想當像愛因斯坦那樣的科學家，后來又想做楊利偉叔叔那樣的宇航員……理想會隨年齡和認識而變化，但我將來一定會做對社會有貢獻的人。”“有人指責父母的教育方式有錯，我很難過。父母從小并沒有強迫我非要怎么樣，他們只是引導我，我并沒有覺得壓抑或者不開心。”黃藝博笑了笑，“每個人都有自己的興趣，難道我非要對游戲、玩樂感興趣才算正常嗎？說實話，我以前也玩游戲啊，但后來我覺得玩游戲很浪費時間、容易讓人沉迷網絡，才不玩的。小孩子就必須天真、蹦蹦跳跳才算正常嗎？”

　　黃藝博坦言，自己也有不足，比如從小學到初中，學習成績一般都是中上等左右，“但我不灰心，我會繼續努力。”

　　師生評說

　　同學：他有副熱心腸

　　“黃藝博并不是網上說的那樣。他平時跟我們沒有什么不同，只是思考問題更深一些。”華一寄宿學校七班學生朱競暉，對關于黃藝博的負面傳言感到不滿，“他有副熱心腸，樂于助人，班上同學很喜歡他。他是學校初一年級學生會主席，他知識淵博，能以理服人。”

　　老師：成熟但不世故

　　在語文老師許文濤眼里，黃藝博比同齡人更加成熟、穩重，但并非世故，“他只是不吵鬧、不調皮，不犯一些其他孩子易犯的低級錯誤。”許文濤說，黃藝博總是很樂觀積極地看待問題。

　　校長：嚴格自我要求

　　該校校長黃恒忠說，黃藝博是未成年人，應該給他和他的同齡人營造一個充滿陽光的成長環境。“90后”本來就應該是個性張揚、活力無限的一代，黃藝博熱愛國學歷史，關心軍事政治，嚴格自我要求，這是難能可貴的。

“五道杠少年”父母否認炒作稱官味由環境養成 - 補習

　　2010年6月17日人民日報海外版曾刊登有關黃藝博的新聞照片。圖片說明中介紹，在2010年6月16日端午節，有“湖北省美德少年”稱號的武漢市江漢區滑坡路小學學生黃藝博，到江漢福利院慰問老人。而該照片的署名拍攝者正是黃藝博的父親黃宏章。

　　近日，出自湖北武漢的一則新聞，讓公眾開始關注起一個13歲的少年少先隊武漢市副總隊長黃藝博。但凡看到這則報道中有關黃藝博照片以及其博客的人，不少都戲稱黃藝博“長得有些‘官相’，寫的文字有些‘官腔，而更引發關注的是各種有關黃藝博的照片中，其手臂上戴著的“五道杠”少先隊隊牌，讓一直以為少先隊至多“三道杠”的讀者們，甚是好奇。而黃藝博的父親稱，為了保護孩子，他們想要注銷黃藝博的博客。就在昨天下午，黃藝博的父母通過微博表示，黃藝博是一個孩子，身上難免還有些缺點和不足，懇請給黃藝博提供一個正常的成長環境。

　　兩歲看《新聞聯播》， 7歲讀《人民日報》

　　據了解，今年13歲的黃藝博，是武漢市華師一寄宿學校初一的學生，目前是中國少先隊武漢市副總隊長。黃藝博最受人關注的標志便是他手臂上掛的那個有“五道杠”的隊牌。此外，其身上也籠罩著“全國百名優秀好少年”、“武漢市首屆‘十大孝星諸多光環。在武漢當地媒體的報道中香港補習城發現，黃藝博的父母在接受采訪時曾表示，黃藝博“兩三歲開始看《新聞聯播》，7歲開始堅持每天讀《人民日報》、《參考消息》，且已在全國重要報刊上發表過100多篇文章，并將其近3000元稿費和變賣廢品賺來的零花錢都用在資助與看望孤寡老人”。并稱“更重要的是這個孩子在政史上的許多見解，甚至已超出了我們理解的范疇。”這些言辭讓讀者們不得不把黃藝博與“天才”少年相聯系。

　　“領導范兒”照片助推副總隊長躥紅

　　但是，當讀者們通過各種媒介看到黃藝博的照片時，無論是單獨的還是與他人合影，無不顯現著一種“領導風范”。而“他上網只關注國內外新聞大事，從不玩游戲”的介紹，也讓人感覺到他和自己同齡的孩子們，已經有了“代溝”。

　　于是，不同的質疑聲開始此起彼伏的涌向這個13歲的中國少先隊武漢市副總隊長。

　　在《武漢晚報》有關黃藝博的報道發表后，不少網友在質疑的同時也找尋到了黃藝博開通于今年2月8日的博客。據網友稱，在黃藝博的博客中，迄今僅發布了一篇博文和2個圖片專輯。5月1日以前，該博客的點擊率并不高，而截至目前，博客的瀏覽量已超過90萬，評論數千條。其中，一張黃藝博在少先隊總隊部閱讀文件的半身照，瀏覽量達到3萬，網友回復247條。照片中，黃藝博戴著“五道杠”少先隊牌，表情嚴肅，認真地審閱著手里的文件，不少網友評價“太有范兒了”。

　　而更加引發網友們評論的則是黃藝博在《開博前言》的博文，文中稱自己開通博客“是想表達自己為了‘中華民族之復興，續寫漢唐之盛世’的修身齊家、濟世安邦之信念、氣度、襟懷、理想和抱負。”對此，不少網友都表示：“明明是青春純真的童年時代，卻被培養成這樣，模仿大人語氣寫的文章，不知道是該責怪社會還是責怪家長老師。”

　　在前來博客圍觀的網友中，對黃藝博持肯定意見的人也有，贊揚黃藝博志向遠大，但絕大多數還是表示難以接受黃藝博“官樣小大人”的這種形象。甚至有網友認為，這自始至終就是家長或第三者人為包裝和炒作的結果。

　　兒子從小喜歡軍事歷史

　　并沒有人逼他學

　　質疑一：黃藝博被聘為“少先隊武漢市總隊長”確有其事嗎？照片是誰上傳的？

　　黃宏章：黃藝博于2009年10月經學校、區委推舉到市，被聘為“中國少先隊武漢市副總隊長”，網上博客照片下標注的“總隊長”是在打字時誤打的。后來因為密碼丟失，一直都沒有更改。

　　質疑二：有網友認為表情太官樣，是擺拍的嗎？

　　黃宏章：博客上的照片是兒子當選后，在少先隊武漢市總隊幫兒子抓拍的，兒子和我一起傳上去的。兒子是中國少先隊武漢市副總隊長，還有些管理的職責。他成長的環境、所接觸的人，有些時候還要出席一些正式場合。從這些方面來看，又跟一般的小孩子不一樣。大家所說的“官味”，也許是這些環境中慢慢養成的，他剛開始的時候也許是很害羞的。我們教育孩子時，把誠信放在首位，為什么大家一定要將我批注上的“欣然審閱”這些字眼拿出來說呢，我們管不住別人的評論，但是我們自己問心無愧。

　　質疑三：能當上少先隊武漢市副總隊長，家里是不是有后臺？

　　馬曉麗：他爸爸是省出入境檢驗檢疫局公務員，我在軍工系統工作，黃藝博并非網友所稱的“官二代”，我們兩口子上班還是騎自行車呢，孩子之所以能有今天的榮譽都是他自己努力的結果，我們家長只是起一個引導作用。

　　質疑四：黃藝博“兩三歲開始看《新聞聯播》，七歲起讀《人民日報》”是否有炒作嫌疑？

　　馬曉麗：他父親一直有看新聞和讀報的習慣，黃藝博在兩歲不到就開始跟著爸爸一起看新聞，只要聽到《新聞聯播》的旋律，他就會興奮得手舞足蹈，乖乖地放下小人書，聚精會神地看。兒子從小對政治、軍事和歷史就十分熱愛，并沒有人逼迫他去學。

　　質疑五：有人開玩笑說這是一場總隊長的“肅反”行動，因為總隊長要捧殺下一屆領導班子的最大競爭對手？

　　黃宏章：兒子和總隊長關系很好，兩個人是好哥們，再加上孩子們對職務其實看得很淡，他們看重的是對自己的鍛煉機會，所以根本不存在權力的競爭，我覺得只是一些好事的人亂說的。

　　之后，一家網站的香港補習城電話聯系上了黃藝博的父親黃宏章。黃宏章表示，在得知網民對兒子“官腔、做作”的議論后，他是既氣憤又無奈，表示準備注銷黃藝博的那個博客，并希望此次事件不要影響黃藝博的正常生活。

　　黃宏章表示他和妻子在得知此事后都不知道該怎么辦才好，但為了不讓更多的“好事者”對兒子妄加評論，他想注銷博客。“我就是想早點平息這件事，我真的不希望我的兒子受到傷害，他只是一個孩子而已。為什么有的人要把對社會的不滿發泄在我兒子的身上呢？”而黃藝博的母親馬曉麗亦告訴香港補習城，黃藝博其實已經看到了網上對他的負面評論，因害怕孩子多想，她只能告訴兒子這只是正常現象，并要求黃藝博不要在意別人的評論，只要做到自己問心無愧就行。隨后，黃宏章夫婦拒絕了媒體希望采訪黃藝博的要求。

“我在皇宮里上班”港澳大學生北京實習記 - 補習

　　來自香港大學、香港理工大學、澳門大學等12所港澳高校的近百名大學生，于6月22日至7月28日在北京參加了由文化部主辦的“港澳大學生文化實踐活動”。他們被分派到國家博物館、國家圖書館、故宮博物院等13家文博機構進行實習。短短一個多月，同學們不但得到寶貴的工作經驗，更增加了對中華民族深厚文化的體會。

　　在皇宮里上班

　　“想不到我能在過去皇尊貴冑生活作息的地方上班呀！”來自澳門理工學院的黃嘉華興奮地道出在故宮博物院上班的點滴。“我工作的地方名叫‘南二所’，過去這里是讓皇子讀書學習的地方，今天竟成了我學習的天地，這感覺真是特別！”比起導覽員的講解、書本上的圖片，透過身邊的一磚一瓦、一棟一梁去直接感受，使黃嘉華對中國歷史文化有更深的體會。

　　在首都博物館實習的香港嶺南大學學生劉雪穎也認為，能近距離欣賞到那些古代手工藝精品，的確是一個難能可貴的機會。

　　在館內負責問詢處工作的澳門旅游學院學生梁潔盈說，在這里她能夠接觸到很多不同國家的游人，這對提升她的語言能力很有幫助，在這個崗位上她看到很多趣事。有一次她就看到一個老伯坐在博物館里對著“景德街”牌坊寫生，令她感受到北京的人文氣息。

　　京劇其實很美

　　別具中國特色的梅蘭芳大劇院，讓港澳大學生從另一個角度去認識祖國的文化。

　　“在一個多月的時間內，我希望能讓同學們在取得工作經驗之余，更能夠了解北京，體驗祖國的文化。”梅蘭芳大劇院的陳秀英主任不但安排學生們在劇院中工作，更讓他們有試穿京劇服裝、學唱京劇的機會。除此之外，陳主任亦帶港澳大學生走出劇院，到北京的大街小巷里感受京城的地道文化，如在后海的胡同里游覽四合院、品嘗北京小吃、到長城和故宮去領略中國的歷史文化等。

　　澳門大學的楊雯詩在梅蘭芳大劇院實習前，總覺得京劇只是老一輩的娛樂，不適合年輕人。可是經過貼近體驗，她學習并了解了京劇，走上舞臺跟演員交流，坐在觀眾席上體會京劇演出的氛圍。她說：“京劇其實很美的！”她知道了演員在舞臺上的每一個動作、每一曲唱腔都是經過反復練習所得來，開始尊敬他們的堅毅。

　　“除了臺上演員一絲不茍外，臺下的工作人員都付出了許多。”香港中文大學的馮家儀覺得，來這里實習最大的感受是從一個觀眾的角色轉換成一個工作人員。在劇院里，她們從籌備策劃、場地設置到招待觀眾，都參與其中。馮家儀認為，一場京劇演出確實不是一件易事，回到香港后一定要向她的朋友們介紹祖國的文化和京劇的博大精深。

　　留住這份“情”

　　實習結束了，在這短暫的一個多月里，同學們都對北京這座城市有了一份微妙的感情，很多同學都買了不少北京特色禮物帶回去，留住這份“情”。

　　“我特喜歡北京的小吃，如驢打滾、豌豆黃和艾窩窩等，我買了許多，跟我的家人朋友分享這獨特的風味！”澳門大學的馬穎儀拿著滿滿的手提袋興奮地說。

　　在梅蘭芳大劇院實習的施麗麗同學，就對京劇中那些造型精致的臉譜情有獨鐘，她買了幾把畫有臉譜的紙扇作為送朋友的禮物，同時她亦能借機向朋友介紹京劇之美。

　　要啟程回家了，看到了許多，聽到了許多，接觸了許多，每一個港澳大學生都過了一個充實的暑假，更有意義的是，他們心里也得到了許多。

“小軍團”實驗營活動在京正式啟動 - 補習

“大學排行榜”權威被質疑媒體指排名在公眾心中 - 補習

　　最近，一份所謂的“2011中國大學排行榜”揭曉，浙江大學奪得全國高校綜合實力冠軍，北京大學位列第二名，連續多年蟬聯冠軍的清華大學屈居季軍。人們在質疑浙江大學是否名副其實的同時，再次對各種大學排行榜的公正性和權威性展開了討論，而由于所謂“大學排行榜”不斷被揭出斂財、草臺班子內幕，不少網民對“大學排行榜”發出這樣的笑聲：“大學排行榜”？不如一笑了之。

　　所謂“大學排行榜”從誕生起就備受質疑

　　在西方國家，大學排行榜由來已久。目前影響力較大的有英國的《泰晤士報高教副刊》世界大學排行榜、加拿大《麥克林雜志》的加拿大大學排行榜，以及日本《鉆石雜志》的日本大學排行榜等。

　　與西方發達國家相比，中國大學排行起步較晚，目前較有影響力的有《中國大學評價》、網大版的大學排行榜、中國校友會的大學排行榜、上海交通大學世界大學排行榜和武漢大學的大學排行榜。盡管各個大學排行榜在各項評價指標與權重上有不同的操作技術與理念，但都吸取了歐美國家大學排行榜的排序形式。

　　我國的大學排行榜從誕生起就備受質疑，北京大學原校長許智宏曾說：“很多大學校長為了得到體面的學校排名，不得不按照大學排名的各項指標進行學校建設，導致中國很多大學沒有了特色。”

　　上海交通大學高等教育研究院院長劉念才表示，大學排名是一種從市場角度看待和考察大學的評價手段。國家渴望摸清、提升教育實力，大學渴望在各種競爭中占據有利地位，多種因素促成了大學排名的產生。

　　劉念才指出，大學排行榜的負面影響不容忽視。他舉例說，單純對排名位置的追求，可能導致大學行為的異化，偏離其正常軌道。排名還將所有大學都置于一個模子中，不利于高校的多樣化發展和展現高校活動的復雜性與多樣性。

　　此外，許多大學校長認為“大學排行榜污染學術空氣”。近年來，曾有媒體曝光“某些大學排行榜收取大學費用以提升排名”，更是引起公眾的廣泛質疑和對大學排行榜的科學性和必要性的討論。

　　絕不能用濫造的“排行榜”來評價大學

　　專家指出，公眾對大學排行榜的熱議，反映出公眾對大學評價的需要。

　　升學規劃專家梁挺福認為，大學排行榜對考生挑選專業有一些指導性的作用，從積極的方面來說，排行榜的確是個參照物。但是應注意的是，各種不同的排行榜，其參照物、考察的指標也是不同的，需要考生和家長們用更加理性的科學的態度看待排行榜。

　　北京師范大學國際與比較教育研究所李守福教授表示，大學評價之所以必要，首先是社會的需要。高等教育是當今社會的一個重要組成部分，包括政府、社會群體以及個體在內的整個社會都為高等教育投入了大量的社會資源，以期能培養出高水平的人才和創造出高質量的科研成果。這些投入是否得到了相應的回報以及大學是否實現了所期望的目標，只有通過評價才能得到明確的回答。

　　其次，對于大學來說，評價不僅是促進教學科研水平提高的手段，而且也是自身發展的客觀需求。李守福說，現代高等教育發展的一個直接結果就是大學教育的多樣化和校際間差距的不斷拉大。特別是隨著高等教育規模的迅速擴大，學生挑選學校和專業的范圍越來越大，學生對學校或專業的選擇本身就是一種個體對大學的評價。所以，開展大學評價活動對大學的發展來說也具有十分重要的意義。

　　專家們認為，大學評價，有助于引導政府和社會實現資源的合理配置，將有限的資金流向優秀的大學；有助于引入競爭機制，使中國大學融入社會改革、爭取辦學自主權的有效途徑；有助于影響大學的社會聲譽，從而影響大學的生源質量、經費數額、生活待遇等一切需要政府更需要社會支持的資源。此外，科學的評價指標體系通常能診斷出大學在教學、科研、行政管理等方面存在的諸多問題。針對這些問題，大學和政府可以加以改進和提高。

　　大學的排名，在公眾心中

　　我國的大學評價目前陷入了一個兩難境地：一方面，公眾需要對大學作出評價，但由誰進行大學評價卻無法達成共識。另一方面，由政府主導的“教學評估”，因評估中存在的形式主義、弄虛作假等問題，而飽受質疑。公眾呼喚一個由獨立于政府之外的第三方的評價機構來進行大學評價。而面對社會上眾多民間機構進行的大學排行榜，其科學性和公正性又無法令人信服。

　　劉念才教授認為，大學排名機構的性質并不重要，關鍵是排名方法和數據是否透明。國外的大學排行榜有的是公司運作的，有的則是媒體運作的，還有的是靠基金會或政府資助完成的。當前我國高等教育的問題之一是評估和評價體系缺乏科學性。

　　對于大學評價的標準問題，梁挺福提出，如果統一在一個官方的標準下，則過于單一。因為從一個創新型的世界型的大學來說，不應該是一個標準統一的、沒有個性發展的，個性發展不是那么張揚的大學，對未來大學的創辦不是一個好事情。

　　21世紀教育研究院副院長熊丙奇教授表示，評估泛濫和評估造假，是大學評價被批評最多之處。在推行專業評價實現社會評價過程中，應加大信息公開力度。他認為，教育行政評價只要存在，權力尋租空間就必然廣闊，評估的結果也必然與利益相連。政府部門應加大信息公開力度，減少不必要的行政干預。

　　不過，不少輿論和許多網民認為，大學的好壞根本不需要所謂“排行榜”，因為一所大學的好壞早就通過歷史的積淀和社會聲譽、口碑，實實在在地排在了公眾的心中。

“第三屆京師教育論壇”在溫州隆重召開 - 補習

　　由中國教育學會、北京師范大學共同主辦，北京師范大學教育培訓中心和溫州市教育局承辦的“第三屆京師教育論壇”于2011年4月23日～25日在浙江省溫州市隆重舉行。來自全國各地的教育局局長、知名中小學校長匯聚鹿城，圍繞“人才培養模式創新與區域教育優質發展”這一主題進行深入探討。教育部、中國教育學會、北京師范大學、浙江省教育廳的多位領導、專家出席會議并發表講話；中國教育學會會長顧明遠、北京十一學校校長李希貴、北京師范大學教授邊玉芳、二十一世紀教育研究院副院長熊丙奇、《人民教育》雜志總編輯傅國亮等為大會做主題報告；部分地區教育局局長、中學校長分別在會上作了專題發言，闡述各自的觀點和經驗。全體與會者還就“教育局長的人才觀和質量關”、“新課程背景下的人才培養模式創新”等問題和與會領導、專家進行了深度對話。除此之外，“北京師范大學教師專業化發展實驗區”啟動儀式也同時舉行。

　　會議認為，改革開放三十多年來，尤其隨著新一輪基礎教育課程改革的實施，廣大中小學教師的教育觀念普遍發生了轉變，學生的主體地位得到進一步凸顯。提倡因材施教、注重啟發引導、強化創新精神和實踐能力培養已經成為多數教育工作者的共識。隨著《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要》的頒布實施，我國教育又將迎來一次難得的發展機遇。但是，我國經濟建設、政治建設、文化建設的全面推進，工業化、信息化、城鎮化、市場化、國際化的深入發展以及經濟發展方式的快速轉變，都對人才規格和質量提出了全新要求，而目前的人才培養模式還不能滿足這種要求，突出表現在：教育的內容、方法、手段依然陳舊，學生課業負擔過重，素質教育步履維艱；重考試分數、輕身心發展，重知識積累、輕習慣和能力養成，重外在灌輸、輕主動探究，重統一要求、輕個性發展的問題依然普遍。我國是一個人力資源大國，但是創新型、實用型、復合型人才嚴重短缺，因此，人才培養模式亟待創新。為了進一步引發全社會對人才培養模式創新問題的關注和思考，大會還鄭重向全國教育工作者發出了第三屆京師教育論壇倡議書。

　　會議期間，與會人員還走進溫州市的部分學校，就溫州市人才培養模式創新進行了現場觀摩并舉行座談。經過兩天多的研討交流，第三屆京師教育論壇于4月25日成功落下帷幕。本次會議的成功召開，對于推動我國人才培養模式創新，促進區域教育優質、均衡發展將起到積極的促進作用。

Baccarat contributed greatly to the splendor and elegance of the Russian court. According to an article at Dinnerware Matchers (dinnerwarematchers.com): “Candelabras, fountains, centerpieces, and luxurious stemware including a vodka glass, were specially designed for this market.”

The company started making its lovely perfume bottles in the late nineteenth century. This soon became a large part of the business. By 1907 Baccarat was producing 4000 bottles a day!

Jacques Guerlain was one of the first to realize that the bottle and presentation of the fragrance could be just as important to women as the scent itself. Many perfumes were designed around the perfume bottle and the name.

The first bottle Baccarat made for the company was for the fragrance Champs-Elysees in 1904. The bottle was in an unusual turtle shape. Other famous perfume bottles that Baccarat made for Guerlain included Mitsouko and Shalimar.

Matsouko was inspired by Claude Farrere’s novel, La Batoille, which was about a British officer fighting in the Russo-Japanese war of 1905 who fell in love with a Japanese woman called Matsouko. The bottle, with its inverted heart shaped stopper has a scroll design.

The Shalimar bottles are also Art Deco designs. Designed in the 1920’s and inspired by the fountains in oriental gardens, these bottles are even more beautiful than those for Matsouko. The stunning blue stopper was in the shape of an oriental fan.

Another famous perfume bottle made by Baccarat was for the fragrance, Miracle, by Lentheric. This was made of black crystal with gold dust in the glass, called ‘floating gold’.

Other perfume bottles made by Baccarat include those for Jean Patou’s Joy, nicknamed ‘the most expensive perfume in the world’, and the Evening in Paris bottle.

Vintage perfume bottles made by Baccarat can be extremely expensive. Some cost thousands of dollars.
